... by comparison to ours, has swung the ball left, then right. They've done short dump passes and taken deep shots. They've used the sidelines and gone over the middle.

No talk of tempo or subbing in quarterbacks, just worrying about calling plays and mixing it up.

NU needs to learn from that.

PS - If these announcers (a perfect fit for the Meh Bowl) didn't put you to sleep already, the new ATM coach from Houston will. Zzzzzzz. And since there's no replays today apparently, there's not anything to interrupt him! HELP!
PPS - My friend from Wisconsin just flicked on the game and the first thing he said was that the field looked awful. Like Soldier Field a couple years back for that Bears game after the muddy high school game was on it. What's Houston's excuse indoors?

Ugh ... ATM just moved it down the field and scored. NU needs to wake up on offense now. Aside from the one scoring drive, it's been an awful day of play calling for McCall -- all window dressing with tempo and subs and no substance with a mix of plays.
