[NU Sports] Bowl ban for Ohio State

On one hand, I'm glad that the great Sanctimonious St. Urban of Pious Pomposity and his double-coaching staff Buckeyes will have to sit out a bowl next year.

On the other hand, if they had just done it THIS year, then I could be watching the Cats in Sun Devil Stadium next week for the Insight Bowl in person instead of on TV in Houston!

(Of course, had we gone to the Insight, we'd have played Oklahoma ... ouch! Thanks for taking one for the league there, Hogeyes!)

There must be a lot of long faces in Columbus today.  What a wonderful way for

I'm a happy Buckeye basher today. I knew they wouldn't get hit as hard as SC, 
but I was fearful they wouldn't get hit with a bowl ban. Now that they will miss 
a bowl, I'm ecstatic that they didn't have the foresight to voluntarily take a 
bowl ban this year. - Jim B.
