[NU Sports] Craig James leaving ESPN to run for Senate in Texas

ESPN analyst Craig James has announced that he will run for the Senate, and
ESPN immediately announced that he no longer works for them.

Good riddance, IMHO.  Not that I expect him to win in what may be a crowded 
race (he won't get a lot of votes from Texas Tech alumni, I suspect), but he 
certainly understands the use of the 'bully pulpit' already, and not the way 
that Teddy Roosevelt originally intended the phrase to be used.
