Well, this one is interesting.

First-year coach Todd Graham is leaving Pitt to take the Arizona State
job.  

Not sure what it means, but Graham chose to send a text message to
his (now former) players rather than meet with them to tell them the news.

Three assistants at Pitt have already left to go work for RichRod 
at Arizona, which means there could be a serious shortage of coaches 
for Pitt to work the bowl game against SMU on Jan 7th.  

Pitt AD Steve Pederson, who fired Frank Solich when he was the AD at 
Nebraska, only to hire the worst coach Nebraska has had since the 
1950's, is now in the position having to hire his THIRD football
coach in the last year or so for Pitt.
