I don't think I am -- he's certainly anti-playoff, and he's directly stating that he thinks pro-playoff=pro-finances. If you think he's not implying that he's putting other concerns before money on this particular issue, I must disagree.

If, on the other hand, you take issue with my "pie" assertion: that wasn't meant to be attributed to his quote anyway, merely contrasted with it. Maybe I've misunderstood you (you weren't very specific), but I think my original point stands: Delany and the other PTB can care about money all they want (it's both their prerogative and their job), but I'd prefer if they didn't try to spin it otherwise.
