[NU Sports] Ohio State gets waiver from NCAA on coaching limits

Having both an outgoing and incoming coaching staff, plus an upcoming
bowl game, Ohio State has applied for and received a waiver from the 
NCAA on the maximum number of coaches on staff, though apparently the 
limits on the number of coaches working on bowl game preparation and 
on recruiting are each being followed separately.
