When it comes to Chicago-style pizza, I'm a Unitarian.  Uno, Due,
Giordano's, Gino's, Carmen's, Lou Malnati's, Edwardo's . . . I affirm and
accept the inherent worth and value of all deep-dish pizzas, and think
there is something to be appreciated in each.

That said, whenever we make the pilgrimage to Chicago/Evanston for an NU
football game, we always order a half-baked, frozen Giordano's pizza to
pick up and bring back home on our return trip.  :)
