[NU Sports] Will it be Sen. Napolean Harris?

According to Mike's link, He will be running in James Meeks' South-side city district.  In all likelihood, the district probably has not in recent memory elected a non-Democrat.  My guess would be that most years, the Republican Party hasn't even fielded a candidate.
