Have any of us compiled a list of Jim Phillips' Greatest Hits ?  Where does this Texas Bowl fit on that list ?  Is it his best work to date ?  Or was that the 2009-2010 Outback Bowl ?   Does any Big Ten AD come close in their ability to lobby/win better bowl bids ?  Is any FBS AD close or in the same league on this ?
