Texas A&M has fired Mike Sherman after a 6-6 season.

Mike Leach has been hired at Washington State.

Rumors are floating that Carl Pelini, Nebraska's DC and the brother
of Bo Pelini, will be the new coach at Florida Atlantic, replacing
the retiring Howard Schnellenberger.  

Colorado State has fired its AD, which means that football coach
Steve Fairchild's status is a lot shakier than it was last week.

UCLA has received a waiver from the NCAA to play in a bowl game even 
if they lose the Pac-12 Championship game this weekend and fall to 6-7.
Neuheisel will not coach UCLA in a bowl game.
