According to Wiki - Jim Burns was 3rd team All-American in 66-67.  Unfortunately, he was up against Lew Alcindor, Elvin Hayes and Wes Unseld for first team honors.

Wiki says that EE was a consensus all-american in 1999.



Then you have to go back to the 30's and 40's:
