[NU Sports] Persa's Status?

I don't like being cynical about NU, BUT It is interesting that this is now
coming out just after the single game tickets went on sale on Monday.
Namely, there has been this big build up about Persa during the push for
season ticket sales and then, after the hype (and the sales), Persa is
reportedly limping around.

I know that the rivals board is not a source for factual information but the
scuttlebutt seems to be that Persa may not be ready. 

Does anyone know the real story?
