[NU Sports] SI Big Ten Preview issue, who's on the cover?

So, my wife bought me a copy of Sports Illustrated's Big Ten Preview
issue. (Probably the first issue of SI that either of us have bought
in 5-6 years.)

Nebraska QB Taylor Martines is, not surprisingly, on the cover of the
copies being sold in Nebraska.

Who's on the cover in other parts of the country, and can you even
find this magazine outside of Big Ten territory?
