[NU Sports] Kafka still #3 at Eagles

Well, as a consolation Kafka will likely have a spot on the regular roster
(instead of the practice squad) since under the new CBA, the NFL bumped the
active roster to 46 (and eliminated the emergency QB position, which didn't
take a full roster spot but once that guy was brought in the other QBs
couldn't be used again that game). So he'll likely hang around for a little
while longer (since time on practice squads is limited).
