The grass is greener in Wrigley?  Not if you include the infield.

Wrigley is perfectly built for football?  NOT!

Wrigley has more seating capacity than Dyche?  NO!

More and better parking in the area?  NO!

We don't need to have an affair with that baseball stadium on the north side.  Home cooking works just fine.  Unless your name is Kennedy.
