I find it interesting in this debate here and in the media that there is no
mention of another significant beneficiary of the full scholarship -- the
parents.  A huge financial burden has been lifted including for those
families that would have qualified for signicant financial aid.  The parents
have an obligation to support their child as well and it is much less of a
burden with a full scholarship.
