[NU Sports] My question of the week....

Yeah, I'm not worried about rankings either. Currently there are six
undefeated teams not ranked, and at least we're getting some votes
(unlike Indiana and Texas A&M). If we get to 6-0, we'll be ranked by
default, despite still not having beaten any particularly strong
opponents. Just win games and let the rankings take care of themselves.

P.S. Stanford mainly got "all sorts of love" for having previously blown
out UCLA, which destroyed Texas this past week. If Vandy or Rice ever
does anything that great, we'll surely get some love too.

It was a big step this off-season when the magazines actually picked us in the middle of the pack for once despite new leaders on both offense and defense - heck, some of them even admitted that NU has strung together two solid seasons. :)
