[NU Sports] BTN overflow

I guess what I mean is that until FIOS gets going in an area, Cable has little incentive
to expand to more channels with the BTN unless they are in a Big 10 State.

New Jersey is a good example, and so is Delaware. Fios is starting get penetration, and
Comcast is adding all of the Big 10 overflow channels because they know Fios will.

Interesting, however, that the dish providers haven't used things like the overflow BTN to
attract more viewers. They certainly could use more people.

FiOS in New Jersey has overflow channels but they are not in HD. Only the main BigTen
channel is in HD.
