[NU Sports] PENN STATE TO START VARSITY HOCKEY; BIG TEN TO FOLLOW?

I haven't seen any mention of it--yet.  The University of Nebraska-Omaha plays hockey,
and there's a Junior Hockey League team in Lincoln (the Stars), so there's enough
interest in ice hockey in the state that it isn't impossible, but there would be 
Title IX compliance issues to work out, and the Stars might not want to share
practice and game time on their rink, so they might need another rink.  (Me, I 
keep hoping someone will build a curling rink in Lincoln.)
