[NU Sports] What really happened Saturday night....

NU ran into the double whammy of Yom Kippur and the Sabbath.

As many of you know, the Jewish day runs from Sundown to Sundown. The Sabbath starts at
sunset Friday and runs thru Sunset Saturday.

Down in Houston last night, with the 6 PM start, the Cats played the first two quarters
during both the Sabbath and the holiday. Readers of the Old Testament know that the Lord
doesn't look kindly on people who break the Sabbath, and it being a holy day didn't help
the situation.

However, the sun went down, the Sabbath ended, and the Cats came alive which indicates
that either we were missing our Jewish fans during the first half of the game, or God is
truly a NU Wildcat fan.
