Definitely a fine victory that bodes well for the rest of the season.  We 
demonstrated depth, made great halftime adjustments, and beat Rice worse 
than Texas did - if you discount their last-second and only TD.  I will be 
interested in seeing what a healthy Scott Concannon might do to the running 
game.  Persa's performance last night lowered his pass completion percentage 
all the way down to 81.6.  Bench him if he doesn't do better.  {:>)  Still, 
our running game remains so-so (if that), we've had dumb penalties, and we 
have some fumble-itis, three things that will bite us eventually unless we 
fix them.
