I just called CBS at 1-800-781-9444. I pressed option 1 (for issues regarding 
live games). I told the guy I wasn't able to watch the game and without any 
hesitation he said he had issued a refund. I also followed the instructions 
below to cancel the account because CBS sets them up for automatic monthly 
renewal.

Here's the cancellation procedure:

1) Go to http://cbssportscs.custhelp.com/
2) Click "Ask a Question" on the right side
3) Fill in the "Question" field with the following information:
-Email
-Full Name
-Product canceling
-Reason for cancellation
4) Submit
5) It will likely try to answer your "question" with a list of best fitting 
answers, but ignore that and click "finish submitting question."
6) Write down the confirmation #

They do, call the trouble number and they'll refund it all.

They were pretty funny since apparently ALL of their calls tonight at CSTV were
