You can cancel after the game following these instructions (hopefully):
1) Go to http://cbssportscs.custhelp.com/
2) Click “Ask a Question” on the right side
3) Fill in the “Question” field with the following information:
-Email
-Full Name
-Product canceling
-Reason for cancellation
4) Submit
5) It will likely try to answer your “question” with a list of best fitting
answers, but ignore that and click “finish submitting question.”
6) Write down the confirmation #

You should be able to do this on any relatively modern computer.  Note that
this isn't a TV production so it will likely be lower quality (like the Duke
game in 2008 if anyone watched that online).

Also, Buffalo Wild Wings in Evanston just announced they will be putting the
game on big screens.  Kendall's Pub in Lincoln Park (Chicago) will be doing
the same.
