[NU Sports] Divisions

I'm not all that crazy about the line-up as I would rather have some
combination of Illinois, Indiana and Purdue in our division instead but it
does do two things that are important: no tOSU and Iowa in our division.
Sure, east/west might be nice, but at the end of the day, you still have to
go through tOSU to get to Pasadena only this way you don't have to do it in
Columbus.
