[NU Sports] CB Rucker is back at MSU

The customary "penalty" for players who travel with the team but do not start is 
to either be held out of the first series of downs (in this case defensive), or 
to not play the first quarter.

I'm sure that Dantonio wants to make sure that Rucker understands that he must 
pay for his transgression.

Of course, Rucker may decide that he shouldn't travel to Iowa at all...right?

While that would probably happen at Northwestern....

We forget that most of the Big 10 are really football farm teams with a big 
University
attached.

Sparty will need all their weapons if they are to claim their prize - the Big 10 
title.

I agree Mike, I bet he plays. This is their last major hurdle to a 12-0 season. 
However, it would have been admirable if MSU had issued a statement saying that 
Rucke has been immediately reinstated but has elected to stay behind in East 
Lansing to catch up on the coursework that he missed.

Aren't there limits on how many players they can take?  Why take someone if he 
won't play?
