I agree with their takes on the postseason/bowls.

I am not a big BCS fan because I want to go back to the old system, which
made for better bowl matchups overall and kept the Rose Bowl free of Texas
and its ilk.

As Jim notes, the whole point of  "a national title" is meaningless, and
given the vastly different standards each institution is using, the lack of
a level playing field makes any such title ludicrous.

I watch all the bowls and enjoy them but the only one that matters is NU and
any change in the bowl system that negatively effects NU I am against.

If TCU and Blue Turf State play for the BCS title I will appalled -- like
Mike I don't think their schedules match up, esp. Boise's -- but I will
watch and be happy for the winner.
