[NU Sports] HIlarious

In the early 70's I seem to remember that the mainframe guys developed a chess program
that beat everyone else for a while. Was it called "Big Blue?"

Anyway, It wasn't IBM - Control Data sticks in my mind.

It was during NU's run at Debate championships, so we were world powers in Computer Chess
and Debate, but couldn't win a football game. I like it the way it is now.

Chat room is open, BTW

The computer was on the East side of Tech in a bunker called the Vogelback center, it
looked like the original univac or some huge science fiction creation
