They are always the first to file the petition to shut down the offending operation, or at
least, get its hours curtailed to the detriment of the operation.

I just don't buy property next to stadia, bars, airports, funeral parlors or churches
because I don't want to have to deal with the traffic these entities produce. I don't
choose to live in California because of earthquakes, and Oklahoma (any more) because of
tornados. Ya pays ya money and takes ya cherce.
