[NU Sports] AP Doesn't Like US

I think the press got it right ... the interns were just looking at the records. NU at #25 is nice, but we're more of a #30 right now ... plus, Air Force is a darn good team (playing OU closer than Texas or Florida State).

They might as well just change the rankings this year to "The SEC, the Big Ten and a couple teams from west of the Mississippi sprinkled in for good measure."

Something tells me that the Michigan-MSU winner next week vaults up near the top 10 -- setting up either a huge game with Iowa should it be the Wolverines, or a showdown with NU (provided we win) if it's MSU. Lots of big games coming up in this league, and when the Huskers join next year, the schedule is going to be packed with Big Ten showdowns week after week!
