Mike is right about judgement calls, they are not reviewable and in baseball, the ball/strike judgement is the only argument that will always get you ejected.
HOWEVER - not every manager who comes out of the dugout in baseball gets ejected unless they want to be ejected. Most times the manager comes out so the player doesn't get tossed, putting himself between the ump and the player. You really have to go at the umpire in MLB to get ejected, sometimes I think the managers tell the ump on the way out to go ahead and toss him so they can get the game continued.
In any case, I don't think I've ever seen a NFL or College football coach ejected for jawing at the ref. I'm sure it happens, I've never seen it.
I have seen lots of 15 yarder aimed at the sidelines however.

Finally, I agree that coaches are getting out of hand "working" the
refs. In return for getting the calls reviewed, I think that the refs
should simply start to penalize coaches for walking on the field and
contesting a call. They certainly do that in baseball and it seems to
work well. If the refs are going to get their judgment calls reviewed,
coaches should just back off and let the review booth do their job.
