[NU Sports] At least one guy liked the game at Wrigley - Phillips

After reading the article, it's clear that Phillips' priorities are
correct. He doesn't want to give up a home game annually but does realize
the value in the game - and that's obvious when looking at the 50+% bump in
average attendance when compared to last season. He did leave the door open
to games every 4-5 years or so and would also look into other facilities,
like Soldier Field & US Cellular (as well as Wrigley - I think the Cubs
realize that their proposed renovations must include considerations for a
football field if they want to make it happen again). I would personally do
such a game every 10-20 years or so to keep it as a special event but it is
definitely a good way to keep NU connected to the area with a special
event. I know that besides the result on the field it was a ton of fun on
Saturday and Northwestern got a ton of national and local attention in a
game that garnered a bowl atmosphere.

Jonathan

PS: I am glad that there was a score in the east end zone and that NU was
the one who pulled it off!
