[NU Sports] Only One End Zone to be used at Wrigley

It's been decided by a coin toss. Illini get the west end of the sideline 1st 
half, we get it the 2nd half and any OTs. 

The substitions/play calls were always going to be tricky with the same-side 
alignment. This rule change just shuffles around the advantages and 
disadvantages a bit.
