Let's just assume OSU wins at home today ...

The two big things that happened in the Big Ten bowl shuffle today were our upset (not really anymore) against I-O-_-A and Minnesota's shocker of the fighting Zookers.

Our win (and Coach Classless' 83-point egofest) probably gives the Badgers the inside track to Pasadena. Iowa won't be quite as big of a win as OSU needed to pass up Bucky in the points.

And Minny's shocking win may just cost the Fighting Zookers a bowl and the coach's job. They need to beat NU at Wrigley or win at Fresno State to get to six wins.

And Purdue's loss to Michigan means they gotta upset Sparty in East Lansing to make it to a bowl.

SO how does it shake down, my latest outlook ...

BCS TITLE GAME: Oregon vs. TCU - I'd rather have Boise vs. Ducks
ROSE: Wisconsin vs. Boise State - There will be a LOT of pressure to select the unbeaten Broncos and the Rose will take one for the team
ORANGE: VaTech vs. Alabama - LSU's loss to Arkansas opens door for Tide
SUGAR: Auburn vs. Ohio State - Newton vs. Pryor? This is the bowl to see!
FIESTA: Nebraska vs. 6-6 Big Least champ - U-G-L-Y

CITRUS: Michigan State vs. LSU - The Spurned-by-Saban Bowl?
OUTBACK: Penn State vs. Florida - JoePa beats Sparty to move up here
GATOR: Iowa vs. Georgia - Will still outdraw a Jags game
INSIGHT: Michigan vs. Missouri - Could be a lot of fun on offense
TEXAS: Northwestern vs. Baylor - The lil'guy-in-a-big-league bowl?

If Persa can't play, that might help Illinois get bowl eligible, but otherwise, that's it from the Big Ten.

Right now, let's just hope Danny Boy's OK and celebrate another win over Iowa ... anything else is icing on the cake after getting that seventh win over the hated Hawkeyes. If they keep running out of teams in the Big Least and ACC to rank, we might even crack the top 25. :)
