After a week off (almost literally) to Skype with my new nephew in Alaska :), here's the updated standings, but first, to the honor roll ...

WEEK 8 had two upset specials that hit ...

* WISCONSIN over Iowa: Peg Wolfe, Jim Bendat, Carl Rossi, Sam Wolfson, Bruce Taylor
* MIZZOU over Oklahoma: Peg Wolfe, Jim Bendat, Thomas Kettler, Phredd Groves, Kelly Sevilla and Ray Stahl

WEEK 9 had no upsets, but one unanimous choice ...

* AUBURN over Mississippi - No one took the #1 curse bait, eh? :)

22 SOUTH CAROLINA – Lucky they’re in SEC east
23 ILLINOIS – Only three losses are to teams that are 23-3
24 OREGON STATE – Udub loss puzzles, but Boise/TCU are solid
25 NORTHWESTERN – Well, I’m certainly got gonna put Nevada or an ACC/Big Least team here just to fill out the ballot – we’re 6-2 and in a power league, so we get it for now with PSU next
