[NU Sports] Big Ten Expansion

It seems to be commonly accepted that potential candidates will be AAU members. I went to the AAU website and found the list of members. I deleted those that don't play 1-A football and the current Big Ten members.  This leaves 28 on the 'short list'. 

The list shows the year each wschool joined the AAU. I was surrpised to see that Notre Dame isn't a member. 

Georgia Tech would be a bold and interesting push into SEC country. I'm not sure what defines the Sun Belt, is that just the Southwestern US?
