[NU Sports] We lost to crappy Indiana

Chuck's argument is compelling. These stats show that, in the 72 years since the NCAA tournament began, we have compiled a conference record better than two games over .500 just twice -- and not once since 1946. Other than Don Williams (sorry, Don!), how many of us were even born yet? This season did indeed turn out to be a disappointment - unless, of course, we win the Big Ten Tournament. I'm not holding my breath.
As for next year -- no excuses. Expect victory.
Jim B.

We are a member of the Big Ten conference, we should at a minimum win more conference games than we lose, to call a season a 'success'. By that fairly low bar, we won a lot of non-conference games this year, but it can't be labelled a success.
