Well, this certainly changes the game a bit. I have to assume that this locks Missouri up which rules out Notre Dame & Missouri joining the Big Ten. I would also assume that the 10-member Big 12 might look to replace Colorado and Nebraska to get back to a championship game. 

I'd say this put the Big Ten at par. We got a 12th team but not our top choice for the 12th team. The conference caught feeling awkward is the Pac-11. Do they now grab Utah just to get to 12 teams?
