They have played 51 times throughout history.  Almost yearly before 1975 with Minnesota owning the 1963 where the huskers reeled off 13 straight wins, but still Minnesota LEADS the series 29-20-2.
This could be a HUGE series if Minnesota decides to field a football team.  Note:  My parents had season tickets and my sisters both went to Minnesota.  Although born in Minnesota I only spent 4 years so I was more a fan of playing in the mud over watching football.

Odd that the newest team in the conference is the one listed first,
but that's probably because Nebraska has had several memorable games
against Penn State, possibly more than against the other 10 teams in
the Big Ten combined.
