I'll check with my brother, a lifelong Bills fan, but I believe the "puffy 
helmet" was worn by NU's own Steve Tasker.

Sidenote - my brother and mom attended a Bills game in the 90s and my mom was 
wearing one of the old NUMB warmers when they passed by the locker room after 
the game. Tasker saw it and signed a "Go Cats!" message with his name and warmly 
greeted them.
