[NU Sports] Ranking the Coaching Hires

Interestingly, the top hire is for Tampa's South Florida U. Can anyone
explain, with so many of us just being there, why a college in Tampa is
called "South Florida?" Shouldn't they be West or Middle? Or is Miami
considered part of the Caribbean?
