I would say that part of the bball issue is that we don't use our talent to its full potential.  In fball, RW decided to take a different
offensive tact when he didn't have a fullback or tight ends in the
program.  He looked at what he had and worked around it.  Now, we adjust based upon the talent we have and we pinpoint specific players that fit in that system.  I don't think BC works his system around his players which dooms us to decades of futility
