[NU Sports] Read only if you want to ruin a good mood...

How 'bout a "watch only if you want to ruin a good mood" warning for the BCS bowl.
Just heartbreaking to see a class kid like McCoy come back for his senior season and go out on the first drive of the title game.
I liked Texas' chance for an upset, but no way now. Another blah on a midweek night after a fantastic season and an enjoyable (for the most part :( ) New Year's Day. Thanks a lot, B(C)S.
Four titles in a row is an impressive feat for the SEC, but they sure got some big breaks along the way.
- Ted Ginn gets injured right away vs. Florida
- The Tigers play at home
- The Gators play at home
- Colt McCoy gets injured right away vs. Bama
Oh well, another insufferable off season of B(C)S frustration and SEC blowhards ... August can't come soon enough! At least next season the Big Ten should get some measure of respect and I think we'll have three or maybe even four top 10 teams in the preseason.
One hopeful sign of respect? One of the blogs I came across was talking about the Big Ten next year and they had NU at #5 preseason behind those big four contenders. Go Cats!
GO CATS!!!
