[NU Sports] Which position would Fitz take?

For those of you who missed the TV broadcast, there was a report from
the sidelines of Fitz's speech to the team going into the fourth
quarter. He is reported to have said that for the first three quarters
Northwestern was playing with only 10 guys on the field. Our QB, he
said, was playing for the other guys. The good news, though, is that we
just got him back and we have a whole quarter left, so let's go out and
win this thing.

I know Fitz usually tries to keep guys loose. I read somewhere that
after Kafka threw his 5th interception Fitz went over and was joking
with him on the sidelines. What is also interesting is that Demos is
usually a pretty laid back guy, but obviously was shaky during the game.
