You cannot help the poor by destroying the rich.
You cannot strengthen the weak by weakening the strong.
You cannot bring about prosperity by discouraging thrift.
You cannot lift the wage earner up by pulling the wage payer down.
You cannot further the brotherhood of man by inciting class hatred.
You cannot build character and courage by taking away people's
       initiative and independence.
You cannot help people permanently by doing for them,
what they could and should do for themselves."

Seeing Rosemary's email made me think - while the Longhorn 'Bevo' is UT's mascot, Bevo was
also the non-alcoholic malt beverage A-B sold during prohibition. When driving around the
south side of St Louis (Gravois Ave, I think), you can still see one of the old Bevo
'places' (looks like a windmill)

Cool way to tie in the longhorn with A-B history

> As long as we are talking ad connections, from Sunday, my sister has done
the computer magic to create all the Clydesdale commercials for the Super
Bowl the past several years, including this year. Believe it or not, very
little of those commercials are actually "filmed" -- they are mostly
computer graphics imagery, done on sis' hard drive.
>From the look of the one on the Super Bowl, she must be a Texas fan. I'd
ove to sit down with her and see how she does it. Masterful job.
As the Bud Light commercials, the Bud Light house was dumb, but I kind of
ike the overblown meteor one. Silly, but the pinging of burning pebble
gainst the telescope lens was cute, however scientifically inaccurate.
Kind of forgot the speed factor.) Nonetheless, their clever commercials
an't change the fact that light beer is little more than water with a head.
