Some other people have already filled in the blanks, but here goes:

Cas Banaszek (1967, 49ers)
Echols was 1962.
Ron Burton (1960, Eagles), though he signed with the Patriots in the AFL.
Vic Schwall (1947, Giants)
Otto Graham (1944, Lions), though he served in the Coast Guard instead 
and eventually played for the Browns.

With Hinton, Harris, and Castillo, that makes eight names. Perhaps 
Burton isn't counted since he never actually played in the NFL?
