Well, to be fair, both Colorado and Kansas have "CU" and "KU" on their logos (and in the Jayhawks' case, the rock-chalk chant).

AFAIK, the Cornhusker mascot and that annoying bobble blow-up pseudo-mascot only have big block Ns on their overalls (and stadium ... which, as the story goes, stands for nowledge :) ).

My guess is that we'll be "N'WESTERN" or "NWU" on ESPN while the Huskers are "NEB" - as long as we beat them, they can call us anything they want. :)
