Agreed. While I'm frustrated with some of the coaching decisions, I'm not 
advocating dumping anyone. And I think the Pelini/Fitz comparison is a good one, 
in that Pelini will continue to grow as a head coach--it's still early days for 
him in that role. 

I'm sure that when they made the decision to go with Martinez as their starting 
QB at the beginning of the year, there would be bumps in the road. As long as he 
stays healthy and works hard, he will be frighteningly good in a couple of 
years, perhaps as early as next year. 

Between Martinez and Watkins/Coulter, I think I've just had more than my fill of 
watching freshman or RS freshman QB's at the helm of teams I care about it. The 
experience will pay off for all 3 of them down the road, but young QBs are hard 
on fans.
