I think Delaney has said all along that a "competitive balance" arrangement was 
just as likely as geographic. I like the idea of the UM/OSU and Neb/PSU split 
approach, as long as NU ends up in the UM/Neb division, along with Iowa and 
(preferably) Wisconsin.
