It's interesting that you mentioned The Pancake Pantry, as I received an  
email late last week from my former Litigation Paralegal (who is starting law 
 school at U$C) and describing his month-long cross-country trip with his  
girlfriend this Summer), including the following passage:
 
"Following Great Smoky, we enjoyed a night of southern hospitality and  
honky-tonk music in Nashville. The next morning, thanks to our guide Road Food

the best breakfast either of us has ever (and probably will ever) enjoy, at 
the  Pancake Pantry."
 
Hope those going to Nashville have a good time--especially during what we  
all hope is a 'Cat win.
