[NU Sports] RE: Coble & Juice

If anyone can get Coble back it would be "Juice"

But you have to wonder just how much rehab Coble's foot still needs, and what it would
take physically for him to reach his playing abilities prior to his injury. I guess only
Kevin C and his doctor know for sure, but you also have to wonder if Coble, realizing that
he wasn't going to be an NBA player down the road, figures to head back to AZ and go on
with his life in December.

Every HS and college athlete comes to that realization during their time on the field or
court, and then has to turn the page and go on. I had two boys play sports at college,
both figured out their future path (one at an NU camp when he realized he was too small to
play Div I O-Line) and turned the page to another career. Maybe Coble has figured that out
now and wants to move on.

I wish Juice luck - it would be great for a guy who has given NU fans so much to cheer
about one more shot at taking the Cats to the next level, but I suspect that Coble is
already planning his live back in Phoenix or where ever he plans to live next.
